Member Activities

Your membership in the Catholic Union of Texas, The KJT offers several individual member activities throughout the state, as well as an avenue to volunteer one's service through various community and parish events.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

KJT will hold 2 - annual golf tournaments. The North Texas Golf Tournament and the Central Texas Golf Tournament.  Both tournaments help raise money for the state charity of the year.  You can contact David at insurance@kjtnet.org for more information.

TAROCK TOURNAMENT

The KJT Tarock Tournament is held in October at the Texas Czech Heritage Cultural Center, Musiky, Musiky Festival. (Dates vary)
The cost of the tournament is $30 per person.  A complimentary lunch will be served. Click here for the entry form.

JOIN HANDS DAY

KJT encourages its societies and members to take part in a Join Hands Day project.  Join Hands Day is a national day of volunteering that allows societies to work with other fraternals or organizations with the goal of joining together for a common purpose. Join Hands Day is always the first Saturday in May. 

FLAG DAY

Flag Day is a day in which local societies are encouraged to host a flag day ceremony in their area to honor our nation's flag.  Other opportunities to honor our nation's flag include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veteran's Day. National Flag Day is June 14th.
