NINTH ANNUAL TCHCC SLAVNOST Sunday, May 16, Library Museum Archives building, Texas Czech Heritage Cultural Center, located on the Fayette County Fairgrounds, La Grange. The day begins at 10 a.m. with the Immigrant Tribute Program, Hanslik Hall, Library Museum Building. At 11:30 a.m. the Immigrant Wall Dedication will take place. The Genealogy Research Library will be open from noon-5 p.m. The Czech Gift Shop will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. There will be a silent auction, raffle, pastry booth, country store and an antique tractor show. A live auction will be held from 2:30-3 p.m. in the Pavilion. A barbecue chicken meal will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. Donny Wavra will perform for your dancing enjoyment from 1-5:30 p.m. There is no admission charge. AUSTIN CZECH HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION'S MONTHLY POT-LUCK MEETING Tuesday, May 25, Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 200 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, 7 p.m. The program will be a DVD entitled "Ladna Celadna", a beautiful village nestled in the Beskydy Mountains of northeastern Moravia in the Czech Republic.
