SOCIETY #72, CORPUS CHRISTI Sunday, June 6, meeting, Moravian Hall, 2 p.m. Remember that any member who gets a new member to join the KJT will receive $10. Bring a non-member to any meeting and receive a gift. Be sure to bring your guest to this meeting and if you had someone join this year, be sure to be at the meeting to receive your $10 bonus. Flags for Flag Day will be handed out along with membership pins. There will also be planning scheduled for the State Family Day. Hope to see everyone at the meeting!

DISTRICT IV ANNUAL MEETING AND FAMILY FUN DAY Sunday, June 6, Old Settlers Reunion Hall, 3300 Palm Valley Blvd. E., midway between IH35 on Hwy. 79 is Dell Diamond (Round Rock Express). Palm Valley Blvd. is at the stop light immediately west of the Dell Diamond parking lot. Turn north, go 100 yards, then left (west) into the hall parking lot. ANNUAL ST. MARY'S PARISH PICNIC, HALLETTSVILLE Sunday, June 13, Mass at 9:15 a.m. and meal featuring Special St. Mary's Stew and Sausage with all the trimmings begins at 10:30 a.m. Plates are adults $7 dine-in or drive-thru and children $4 dine in only. There will be games of bingo, ball throw, ring toss,, cake and plant walk, train ride and fish pond. AUSTIN CZECH HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION'S MONTHLY POT-LUCK MEETING Tuesday, June 22, Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 200 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, 7 p.m. The program will be "Old Czech Wedding Rituals." This presentation will be on DVD of a recent wedding in a village in Southeran Moravia of the Czech Republic. Everyone is invited. Bring your favorite dish (Czech or other) to share and enjoy.
